      1. THE SPAGHETTI

        On the frying pan:

        olive oil
        mashed garlic
        capers
        anchovies
        chopped tomatoes
        tomato pulp
        salt & pepper
        chilli flakes
        basil
        parsley

        Add on the cooked spaghetti.

        THE LAMB

        on the pan or tray (it goes in the oven):
        olive oil
        onion rings
        chopped tomatoes, capers, olives
        red bell pepper in stripes
        potatoes cut in small quarters
        Salt & pepper
        lamb chops (season previously with salt & pepper)
        white wine
        cover with foil and goes in the oven for 20 minutes (hot oven)
